About the Tucker Pro-Rinse Pure Water Detailing System

The Tucker Pro-Rinse Pure Water Detailing System is an American-made system that hooks up your standard garden hose to produce pure water. It offers one stage of filtration through DeIonization. This system works best when used on an angle to prevent the chance of channeling water over the DI resin. In addition, this system features long-lasting and durable components crafted from stainless steel and anodized alloy. Despite only weighing 20 pounds, it's solid and strong. Thanks to its 36-inch length and lightweight feet with rubber stoppers, it's easily portable and won't slide around in the back of your van or truck.

Filters are cost-effective and effortless to change; taking no time at all. Just take out the metal fork near the end of the system, use it to gently push out the inlet while on an angle, then slide out your 30-inch DI cartridge and replace your filters. Also, make sure to lubricate the inlet occasionally to keep it moving smoothly. This system is perfect for the occasional user where the TDS (total dissolved solids) is low. It's super easy to check TDS levels and water quality with the handheld TDS meter that comes with the system! Once you see 10 ppm on your meter, that's when you know it's time for a new filter.

Product Highlights:

  • Single-stage DI only
  • Affordable and cost-effective
  • Handheld TDS meter included
  • Easy filter replacement process
  • Durable and lightweight material

*Product Water is Non-Potable.

Ask a Question
  • Is it good for solar cleaning? I do about 10 houses a month.

Hi Mike, it all depends on the area where you live. If you live somewhere with soft water then yes, this system could handle 10 houses. However, if your area is more mineral dense, then you would need a stronger system, or to replace the filter more often. • My garden hose bib has an output of 5 gpm . Can the Tucker pro rinse work for my.. 2.5 gpm pressure washer . Or do I need 2 of them with a gpm meter so I don't starve the pump.

We would definitely not recommend it as a couple of things would happen. First, using 1 or even 2 of these would NOT put out enough water to satisfy the pump. Second, trying to push water through the Tucker Pro-Rinse with higher pressure would result in the water not being purified well enough. We suggest filing a buffer tank with pure water then drawing off that tank.

  • How many gallons or how many 1 story 20000 square ft 20 windows homes be done before having to change the filter and how much is it to change the filter? Can it be changed to keep being used?

Yes the filter can be changed for continued use. There are too many variables such as water hardness to be able to answer your first question.

  • Can this unit pump 2-3 stories easy? I'm looking to get started in WFP and want a good set up for un $1800

Thanks for posting this question. This simple DI system will push water up to 65' no problem. Just remember, this is only one stage of filtration and only good if you have very soft water.
